CIWM Retains Gold CSR Accreditation
CIWM has retained its Gold CSR Accreditation, the highest standard for social responsibility, reinforcing our bi-annual commitment to meeting global CSR standards across our operations and membership, as assessed by CSR-Accreditation.
As a leading national assessment organisation for social responsibility, CSR-Accreditation provides a comprehensive framework for organisations to assess, benchmark, and communicate their corporate social responsibility initiatives against recognised global standards.
The accreditation process focuses on four key pillars: Environment, Workplace, Community and Philanthropy, enabling organisations to demonstrate their commitment to social and environmental responsibility through a structured and measurable approach.
CIWM joins other notable organisations such as Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Bucks New University, Morgan Sindall, Oxford Business College and BP Collins, in achieving the latest CSR accreditation.
"Being re-awarded the Gold CSR Accreditation is a proud moment for CIWM and reaffirms our significant commitment to move the world beyond waste," said Sarah Poulter, Group CEO of CIWM. "It demonstrates that we are living up to our word and empowering our members to do the same, making a tangible difference for future generations. We are committed to maintaining and building upon this achievement for years to come.”
