The CIWM Cymru Wales Centre is hosting an event Cardiff , where you can attend the technical session in the afternoon at Cardiff Central Library and finish off the evening enjoying the taste of Mexico and socialising with like minded individuals. More details below.

Technical Afternoon Event at Cardiff Central Library 3pm - 5pm

Session 1:
 This session will focus on efforts being made in the industry to manage waste left over from the festive period.

Neil Tucker: Festive Productions Ltd - A Case Study "Recycling Christmas"

Network and Refreshment break

Session 2:
This session will focus on new changes and challenges we can expect within the Welsh sector in 2024, especially in how we are gearing up for workplace regulation changes.

Ruth Partridge: WRAP - Workplace Recycling Regs 2024
Iwan Pierce: Circular Recourses - A Case Study, Welsh Museums readiness of the new regulations

Table sharing menu of delicious Mexican small plates to include tacos, taquitos, quesadillas and churros.

The set up of your meal will mean that you can eat and have more of what you fancy in a social and relaxed setting. All dietary requirements will be met.

Both venues are located very close to each other in the heart of Cardiff city centre, close to bus and train stations. If you are using your car, we encourage car sharing. Parking is available St David's Shopping Centre
