About this training
This short course will combine interactive e-learning and activities to help you develop a greater understanding of external quality assurance (EQA) in relation to the CIWM (WAMITAB) qualifications.

What will I learn on the course?
• Know what external quality assurance is.
• Understand the role of an external quality assurer (EQA).
• Understand the responsibilities of the EQA.
• Know the routine EQA activities that centres will experience.

• New CIWM (WAMITAB) Qualification Centre staff.
• New/prospective EQAs.
• MOJ officers.

What are the entry requirements for this course?
You need to work for a CIWM (WAMITAB) Qualifications Centre to enrol on this course.

How will I benefit from taking the course?
Once you have completed this training, you will understand the role of external quality assurance in relation to the CIWM (WAMITAB) qualifications.
