Join the CIWM NI Centre Council for their annual Christmas lunch on Friday 24th November 2023 at Ulster University.


Attendees to this Christmas lunch will get to enjoy the drinks reception, a lovely lunch, quiz and get to celebrate the holiday with their follow members. 

This event is open to both CIWM members and Non-Members. Please see full event details below

CIWM Members: £25 including VAT
Non-Members: £35 including VAT
Student Members: £15 including VAT

Timings of the event
12pm
- Arrival and complimentary drinks reception
12:45pm - Lunch service begins & Chairs Climate Quiz (Fastest finger first!)
2pm - Why the Academy (talk)
2:15pm - Chair's chosen charity (Compass Advocacy Network, Lislagan Farm)
3:30pm - Event Ends

Christmas Lunch Menu
Attendees will need to provide the menu choices in advance (1 week prior by 17th November)

Starter Choices
Roast parsnip soup, root crisps, toasted seeds, Academy Bread (1,2)
Duck breast, pork, mulled fruit, rocket leaves, sourdough toast (2,14)

Main Choices
Turkey Crown, spiced stuffing, glazed ham, chipolatas, mash, crisp sprouts, glazed carrots, cranberry sauce, jus
Pan fried hake, dulse chili panko, citrus mayo, charred lemon, kale, sprout leaves, glazed carrots (4,5)
Pastry, smoked aubergine, red pepper, roast squash, veggie sausages, kale and sprout leaves, roast chestnut hasselback potatoes (2)

Dessert Choices
Christmas pudding, brandy, crème anglaise (4,7,14,2,10)
Caramel apple tart tatin, vanilla ice cream (2,7)

Tea or coffee and mince pie (2,4,7,14)
