Board of Directors
The Board of CIWM Enterprises Limited comprises not more than ten members and shall include the Managing Director, the Chief Executive Officer of CIWM, the Honorary Treasurer and not more than a further seven Non-Executive Directors. As vacancies arise suitably qualified and experienced Members of CIWM will be invited to be nominated as Non-Executive Directors of CIWM Enterprises Limited.
